I was a nervous mom at first, leaving my baby for the first time at daycare, but their staff were so wonderful. The technology they use is also great - at the end of every day we get an electronic summary of her day (potty, meals, activities), and photos, and they have a live feed camera in her classroom in case we want to check out what they are doing during the day. We did potty training this summer and they were really great at accommodating our requests to continue that while at daycare. Also, I've been really happy with their COVID safety practices and policies over the past 7 months. They were able to stay open during the lockdown for those that needed continuous care and their safety protocols have kept the teachers and students safe. We are really happy with the level of quality and service that this place provides, and we would definitely recommend them!

We received daily reports with photos so we know what he did in school. His teacher(s) also made sure to get a couple of minutes with us during pick up just to let us know how the day went and/or if there were any incidents. We knew what he was learning through the monthly newsletter that the Managing Director sends out. There is also a weekly update for general communication and weekly menu. Having an in house chef and not having to worry about packing snacks and lunches was definitely a plus for us! We were very impressed with how they pivoted during the pandemic to accommodate families and their concerns. Pebbles & Piaget has exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.
